Food Trucks

I heart the midnight snack in a big way. There is nothing better than a late night taco or freshly fried doughnuts after you've been dancing and drinking all night long. While, really any sort of comfort/junk food will do, if you want to take your midnight snack to the next level, I highly recommend bringing in a food truck at the end of the night. Here are a few of my favorite options available in Southern California:

In-N-Out is a favorite of all of my couples, but especially those where a high percentage of their guests are traveling from out of state. They cook up burgers including singles and doubles with chips (sorry, no fries).

I secretly stalk the Grilled Cheese Truck on twitter (@grlldcheesetruk) in hopes that someday they will make an appearance near my studio. But most of the time, I have to wait patiently to see them ever so often at my weddings. From old fashioned grilled cheeses with tomato soup to ultra gourmet options, this truck is sure to bring a bit of nostalgia to your wedding.

I must admit, that I have yet to try a Kogi taco, but this is probably the most popular truck in the Los Angeles area. They were at one of my events recently and the line wrapped around the corner. So yes, I have to say, even without trying one, that they are a huge hit.

Seriously, could you ever go wrong with a late night scoop from Ben N' Jerry's? Yum!

Maybe you're already feeding your guests a huge meal but still want to give them a little late night surprise? If so, a coffee truck with everything from lattes to frappuccinos are loved by all.

Sprinkles cupcakes? Yes, please...and that's all I have to say about that!

Yet another I have not personally tried, but freshly grilled waffles with loads of syrup sounds heavenly at the end of a long night of celebrating!

Do you have a favorite food truck that you think would be good for a wedding or party? Do tell, do tell...
